病患者男 - 25歲

肛門位唔知係咪有個小傷口，
平時收縮一下好似會壓到會有好輕微痛楚
同埋平時有不適感，肛門位都會感覺到發熱感覺，
有時都有便意，放屁次數都增多

請問醫生發生咩事?
