恥骨痛和尿頻

病患者男 - 42歲

本人近日常感到恥骨位置淵痛，常有尿頻感覺，但每次小便量不多，很快又有尿急感覺，看過普通科醫生話是尿道炎或膀肛炎，開了augmentin，但效果不佳。

我擔心是否患上前列腺炎或肥大，請問要做哪些檢查？應找哪個專科？
