關於 衣原體病菌

我之前女朋友試過子宮好痛
後來確疹為沙眼衣原體病

我想問，以上病菌病因一定只有性交傳染？我作為男方沒有性病且只有1個伴侶，這說明我女朋友一定是同其他人性交而得病？ 有其他感染可能性嗎？有可能是因為環境衛生問題嗎？
