你好！最近婦檢發現卵巢有一個2.7cm的simple cyst。我沒有感到腹痛或其他不適，醫生建議半年後再照超聲波。請問這個size是否暫時不用理會？我最快應幾時再檢查？檢查的日子是否應在來經後？

另外，月經的週期逐漸比以往短，例如以前28天一次，現在大約24天一次。這是否與臨近更年期有關呢？
