性病一問

病患者男 - 30歲

有安全性行為，但第二日就尿道口痛，有時有刺痛痺痛，有透明液體流出好似鼻涕尿道口痛，有時有刺痛痺痛，有透明液體流出好似鼻涕，約第三個星期，而家望到龜頭右邊有一點紅點，請問是否係性病？
