我細個已有精索靜脈曲張
近期有前列腺炎
在觀察陰囊時發現左邊明顯更大 在側面望更明顯
睪丸尾部有結節/腫塊
但沒有感到痛或任何不適
請問這需要檢查或做手術改善嗎?
