肺癌會否康復？

醫生你好
我爸爸一直有吸煙習慣，本月15號因身體不適前往並入住聯合醫院，當然醫生只説他是肺炎，但今天覆診卻告知我們在左邊肺上葉驗出squamous cell carcinoma😭
請問是cancer?是第幾期？是良性還是惡性？
可以做手術切除？
有機會康復？可以生存幾耐？
