這情況適合驗尿嗎

我上月曾召妓口交陰道交都有安全套
30日後手淫後龜頭有紅點但在一日後散去
第二天膀胱和陰莖根部久唔久就痛和經常有尿意
去看普通科醫生開了4天Sefuxim 250 抗生素
食了4天都沒有好轉

請問吃這隻抗生素現在可以來驗尿測非淋嗎? 還是要停一星期再驗? 這情況中非淋大嗎?
