染病機率

我有過三次一樓一經歷第一次只是陰道性交有帶套約2月份，第二次3月尾無套口交不超過1分鐘及有套陰道性交另外小姐用口接觸過肛門令我相當介懷，第三次係本月20日只是按摩及有套口交。如果以上情況感染hiv 梅毒椰菜花機會大唔大？
暫時未有病徵但非常擔心。
ps如果想做test驗以上性病應該幾時做？唔該醫生
