腦血管泡

醫生你好，本人三個月前因昏厥撞到頭部，做了腦部mri和mra，結發現了疑似血管泡（2-3mm），現在在政府醫院排期等做電腦掃描（三個月後），請問這算嚴重嗎？

應否到私家先做ct 盡快跟進？
