陰道不正常出血

醫生，你好。

本人四十歲，已婚。分別在7/7及5/8來了月經。

7月17日當天，在一次小便後清潔陰道時，發現紙巾染有一抹血紅色，而小便顏色則正常。此後就沒有發生這樣的情況。

直至前幾天某次小便後又發現分泌物帶一點血絲。

昨天(17/8)某次小便後，又再發現紙巾染有一抹血紅。雖然情況並非持續，但我覺得極不尋常，擔心是子宮/子宮頸出現了問題。

請問醫生這樣的情況需要進行什麼檢查？
