腦血管瘤(腦動脈瘤)患者可以乘坐飛機嗎?

病患者男 - 60+歲

患者有腦血管瘤(腦動脈瘤), 由於體積細小, 醫生診斷後認為不用施手術, 只須定期覆診觀察, 那麼他可以乘坐飛機嗎? 還是不太有影響?
