病患者女 - 74歲

患者在上海確診為雙側前顱凹硬腦膜瘺，右側向腦內靜脈引流，左側向顱外靜脈引流，目前面部左側腫脹，右眼前突紅腫，考慮到年齡比較大，手術風險比較高，是否可以保守治療
