睡覺時出現耳鼻喉痕癢

近年經常於熟睡中逐漸鼻塞，喉嚨痛/痕，耳痕，流鼻水，令到睡眠質素下降。但一坐起來很快就沒事，感覺好像有東西倒流，塞在喉嚨上，最近每晚都會出現這種情況。曾經看耳鼻喉科醫生，覺得可能是敏感，所以只開了敏感藥，但好像沒有根治原來的病症。請問這種情況為什麼會發生？如何阻止？
