L1塌了

醫生你好，我媽媽因天雨路滑，在街上跣倒在地上，脊椎L1塌了，影響右邊髖骨節位置附近（前面及後面)疼痛，請問可透過整脊將L1還原至原本位置或改善其疼痛情況嗎？謝謝！
