不明液體濺到食物

昨天到快餐店用膳，一位顧客的手拿著一杯水，在我的食物上方繞過，期間有幾滴液體掉進我的食物，當時以為是那顧客手中的水，沒有多加留意便吃下食物。但如果滴下來的液體是那顧客的體液，並含有他的血液，而他又是愛滋病人，我有沒有感染的機會?現在很是擔心。
