挖便會否引起性病

小時候，大概16/7歲的時候，曾經有在公共廁所，洗手後挖便的事幾次，
請問如果碰到水嚨喉,再碰到肛門內，會否因為這樣感染淋病，愛滋，梅毒等性病？
最擔心是愛滋
