24歲女被確診患有長期胸大動脈瘤，點算？？？

本人24歲，居住外國，近日被確診患有長期胸大動脈瘤，大動脈最窄5mm, 最闊3.8cm, 心臟功能正常，過往身體健康，目前並無任何不適，下一次見醫生被安排在8月中。可是我很擔心自己的病情，想盡快回港睇醫生。請問有無心胸外科醫生可以麻煩您解答下我，我的情況需要即時治療嗎？應該選擇邊種治療方法，風險分別系？香港的話可以去邊度睇醫生？
