會否有感染性病風險

早前在男性更衣室及洗手間(健身中心), 清水洗手後未抹手挖鼻子, 沒有出血, 只是挖得肉有點紅, 擔心掂到廁所的水嚨喉把手 不清潔會引起感染性病, 請問這需要檢察一下嗎?
