凌晨右上腹痛

偶爾會發生凌晨時分右上腹痛, 位置約在右肋骨尖旁的地方, 病發時該處有灼熱感, 有按痛但無異物。痛有時申延至後背, 有少許“扯住個心”的感覺。次日起床可以完全沒事, 按壓也不痛。

請問是甚麼病徵, 該做甚麼檢查,
