子宫内膜息肉

您好。我飽受不規則流血的苦痛已經快兩年了，之前一直以為是宮禁糜爛導致，但最近有幾次出血量很大，經醫生提醒，經間出血血量大更比較可能是子宮內部問題。於是翻出之前做檢查的報告，發現之前在Day 11的時候內膜已有1.46cm，很可能是內膜息肉。

那麽以我現在這個情況，是需要手術嗎？如果需要，大概是什麼類型的手術，花費多少呢?
