謝謝何家強醫生的回覆。請問不用檢查的原因是否因為沒有感染的機會?

原文：
日前於商場的洗手間洗手時，手按下梘液機的掣後，才發現掣上有紅色污漬，疑似血漬，不知當時我的手有沒有破損。現在十分擔心這些污漬是愛滋病患者剛剛留下來的血液。若是如此，我有否感染的機會? 應否抽血檢查?
