嚴重氣管問題

冬天轉冷時，訓覺會不斷咳嗽而且呼吸困難，抖氣發出[he][he]聲，會打乞痴，咳到有痰，當時帶口罩訓而且用薄荷油會得到舒緩。
但近期房間開始開冷氣，初期訓覺都無事。但不知道這星期開始每逢早上六，七點就會咳醒，呼吸困難，氣喘[he][he]聲比以前得厲害，咳到有痰，要坐係到訓先抖到氣。而且用口罩，薄荷油已經無任何作用。每天都係咁，好困擾我！我要點做？我究竟咩事呢？
