頸 膊頭痛

你好醫生！我24歲 從來都無遇到意外 冇撞擊過 但由三個月前開始頸致膊頭劇痛 之後發現手開始有麻痹感覺， 我的頸部只向後很痛 向左右前不痛 我有去照過x光醫生話無問題 食了藥只有幾日不 痛 之後又痛番 我現在感覺手裏面有時會痛一下 是神經痛嗎？ 我有看過針灸 現在雖然減少了 但是頸部總覺得好攰的感覺。醫生我大概是那裡有問題 應該要睇邊科專科醫生？
