副甲狀線增生
本人妹妹（亞芬）因副甲狀線增生（有一粒腫瘤），導致她现生腎石，肌肉痛，心跳，失眠，多汗，血壓高，抑鬱等証狀。
請問何醫生，她是否要做手術，手術風險大嗎？
她本身體內欠維他命D及骨質疏鬆，但由於现在生腎石，又唔食得D丸，所以她现處身於無助之中，不知怎樣才好。

Parathyroid adenoma causing hypercalcaemia
It is worth to do the parathyroidectomy , if diagnosis confirmed
Operation can be performed by minimal invasive method , it is a small incision around 2 to 3 cm on the neck , risk not high .
Should have localisation of the Tumor before operation
Don't worry . I recommend you proceed for operation . For detail , better explained in clinic
