胃炎

本人已看腸胃專科及照胃鏡 已檢查出有胃炎及食道炎 但有時在晚餐後會出現胃氣脹及胃液回流現象 請問醫生有什麼方法解決或紓緩胃氣脹問題 以及在半夜 11-12點肚餓 應否食東西以及食什麼才不傷胃？懇請醫生解答
