朱古力瘤

致范德忠醫生
本人已經兩位醫生証實左邊卵巢有一個4.5cm的朱古力瘤，本人沒有任何不適，請問是否一定要做手術？如做微創手術只割除朱古力瘤或左邊卵巢，請問手術費用多少？出院預計全部費用若干？病假大約放多久？謝謝范醫生
