頭頂開始出現地中海禿頭

我是32才的女性、頭髮本來不多、近幾年發現頭髮稀疏了很多、頭頂稀得望下去很像地中海秃頭、好像越來越嚴重，求醫的話，要普通門診再轉介專科還是直接找專科呢？
