頸椎間盤突出

我照了頸椎磁力共振, 報告顯示頸椎C2,C3位有骨刺, 但骨科醫生卻說是C2 C3位椎間盤突出. 請問為什麼會有不同的說法? 磁力共振不是會清楚看到有什麼病嗎? 我怎樣才能知道是骨刺還是椎間盤突出呢? 謝謝!
