感覺喉嚨頂住已二十日

自4/1起，我感覺喉嚨喉結以下大約一寸位置有外力頂住，喉嚨入面有痰咁。前後睇左3次醫生，頭兩次只係食消炎藥，第三次食5日抗生素，但至今情況依然無變。
我不知道是否關我2/1食完麻辣邊爐，跟女友 kiss，但她當天曾跟有感冒的人有近距離接觸。
醫生，請問我是什麼事？
