陰莖紅、痕癢

如題，多謝何醫生。我看過普通科醫生。佢話不是發炎和乾燥，問了原因但沒沒回答，俾左一個藥膏 上面 寫APA ... Cream (太草睇唔早）
請問是什麼病呢？我要注意什麼呢？我最近沒有性行為，天天如上題一樣保養。
