頭暈眼花

本人在今年6月第一次出現頭暈及嘔吐，自哪次到現在每天都覺得頭暈眼花，做了腦部MRI，心臟CT亦沒有問題，看過耳鼻喉亦找不到原因，請問會否是頸椎病引起？可以怎樣治療？
