胃氣

我亞哥胃鏡照了食道和其他無問題只系胃發炎
但點解喝水及食東西入喉嚨到心口胃氣頂住吾上吾落，要不停打背同壓肚才落小許
有差不多兩星期的食了化胃氣藥都無用請問醫生點解
