腰椎間盤突出

左MRI,個報告寫左我有2處地方出現突出，包括L4L5,L5S1,其中以L4L5突出最嚴重，突出0.91cm，下垂0.51cm。搞到我有時出現腳麻痹同坐骨神經痛。我依加都係睇緊針灸，因為我自己都做左13次物理治療都未完全跟治到。個醫生幫我約左手術醫生傾情況。
所以我想問其實除左手術仲有咩方法醫到，我先20幾岁
