隔著內褲摩擦會感染艾滋和梅毒嗎？

10月8號在廣州桑拿推油，個桑拿妹著住內褲摩擦我陰莖大概1分鐘左右，我冇著褲。期間好似有用鬼頭頂到陰道。請問感染艾滋和梅毒的風險，大唔大？
