足底筋膜炎

醫生，你好，
我的腳跟及腳底已痛了多年，診斷為筋膜炎。曾看過不少中西醫生，亦做過不少治療，功效一般。現醫生建議我在有關部位注射類固醇，想多了解注射類固醇的功效及副作用。

另，本人一直受胃痛煩擾，是否應入院進行一次全面性檢查？筋膜炎問題及胃痛問題是否需分開治療？還是可一併入院處理？
