大便困難

本人09年做了大腸腫瘤3cm(良性)切除手術,到12年做大腸鏡檢查,2粒炎性瘜肉,1粒腺性瘜肉,全2mm左右大,
约五天前大便極困難只疴了4,5粒指夾大糞便,肛門極痛感到裂開,及清潔有血,不敢再大便,看了医生開了藥吃,
這情況到近一两天好了点(不太痛及血少一点),請問医生,是否腸度或肛門又生了較大腫瘤或其他病導致以上情況 ? 謝謝
