五十肩

上星期五好好地，晚上用了小鎚仔打破硬果子，星期六就寬得手肩膀痛，已經不能提手揪，星期日，更厲害，去看急症，吃了消炎，止痛，好點，現在是否可以做慢慢的伸展，肩膀位還是小小痛，大概幾時會好番？
