屈親膝頭後，耐唔耐會酸痛。

今年20歲，有一日從樓梯跳下去，大概5級，雙膝屈一屈，好似觸電咁抽痛，但沒有跌倒。當時已經感覺到好痛，但數分鐘後沒事。一星期後，左腳膝頭超痛，睇左2次跌打，之後沒事。5日後，蹲了一下，左膝又超痛，好似觸電，而且持續一晚，但第二朝又完全沒有痛。但之後就感覺右腳(另一隻)膝頭好似肌肉酸痛咁，抽住抽住微痛。想問要點處理。
