看邊個專科

我家小孩，11歲，一向有流鼻水問題，看過醫生，不是鼻炎，大約3年前開始，眼部久不久就抽搐，之後搖頭，近排發作頻率加快，還手腳也有輕微抽搐，請問該看邊
個專科，請指教，十分憂心
