2歲兒子牙科問題

醫生你好，

前日2歲兒子曾仆倒於電梯，並撞傷下巴，咀內亦有流血，即日已入急症。今天再細看其牙齒，發現下排牙齒近門牙位置之牙肉崩了，可見牙腳，而牙側可見崩了的牙肉變成白色。請問醫生知否此狀況會否影響其牙肉及牙齒狀況？崩了的位置會否重新長回牙肉？
