耳科

醫生你好，本人陳維耀近日發現右邊耳好似有些小東西塞住，聽嘢有少許細聲咗，感覺就好似坐升降機快速上升，有氣壓在耳內，吞口水都不能舒緩耳朵的不適。
是甚麼原因？怎樣治療？
