手腕痛，無法正常活動

醫生，你好..因為我男朋友手腕位置好耐之前整親，個陣時見問題不大無理，到後期開始發現手腕移動到某個位置開始好痛，之後睇過醫生，醫生話因為之前d骨碎左小小，依家生返埋，但生得唔太好，所以骨頂骨導致有d痛，但近排發現情況嚴重左，只是微微手腕向上已經好痛..如這情況應怎治理？骨生得唔好係咪無辦法？
