到宜家14個月無高過
有半年有試過打籃球 之後見無效果都無繼續打落去

非常擔心會高唔到
同埋我好瘦，偏瘦
個個細細粒 又食極唔肥

我懷疑生唔高原因就系食唔肥個原因
可能系吸收唔好或者其他
