Scheuermann症

本人28歲，患Scheuermann症，脊柱後凸60度，無痛症，從無做任何矯正治療，現在深感外觀畸型，十分自卑，影響社交及仕途，請問是否能以手術矯正？是否很高風險？有機會會癱？能做微創手術嗎？
