反胃問題

醫生你們好，我由7月開始，經常出現反胃問題，本沒特定原因，但近日受環境影響，人多嘈吵擠迫時最嚴重，如商場,戲院
而且出現暈車情況，包括西鐵等穩定交通工具，以前不會
嘗試了各種胃藥都沒效，想請問醫生我應該從哪方面著手？除胃病還有什麼可能性？腦部？神經問題？
