經常頭暈 嘔心，同突然會頭暈站不穩 。

你好，我今年20歲，近一個多月每天都失眠天光才能入睡 經常頭暈 嘔心，同突然會頭暈站不穩 。另外 有時心會好扯住痛 。
看了門診 血糖正常無貧血 但心跳太快 血壓過高，現在等抽血化驗報告中…
但想知如何紓緩頭暈問題？因為太困擾了…thanks
