喉嚨痛

請問如果食少少刺激性的食物(如黑椒，胡椒，辣味的食物)都會即時喉嚨乾，繼而痛，感覺有異物和聲沙。然後很多時都會演變成感冒，需食抗生素才病癒。

請問，這是否食物敏感?需否看專科?
