Infant Fever

女兒剛1歲大(~10kg)，發燒1星期(37.5-38.2)上上落落，一直吃5ml Panadol , 加上一日腹瀉三至四次，三曰前右手前臂發現紅疹，精神方面ok, 但昨晚曾高燒39.2，吃左一次5ml ibuprofen , 降38.3，今天39.0 ，又吃左次ibuprofen , 現keep住38.2左右，我應該點做好? 女兒是什麼病? 要入院嗎? 另外想問ibuprofen 可否和Panadol 同時服用?
