蛀牙問題

您好，趙醫生：
很久以前在另一牙醫診所補過的蛀牙近年開始又痛，現在我正在旅行，美國牙醫說可能又蛀，要拆補牙物料，看入面發生甚麼事，再清潔和補牙。
請問香港牙醫的做法一樣嗎？價錢大約多少？
我的蛀牙問題嚴重嗎？可以等回港後再處理嗎？
